Planning Your Special Day

Planning a wedding can be a daunting task for any couple. Whilst an exciting experience, it can also be overwhelming, knowing where to start with so many things to organise. So whether you are planning a lavish event, a special themed occasion or a quiet intimate affair, we understand that it is the biggest day of your life!

The team at Oliver Catering are happy to assist you with all aspects of planning your special day. We will talk through your menus to tailor a unique Wedding Breakfast for you and your guests. We can provide arrival drinks with a selection of delicious canapés to welcome your guests as they arrive. This will allow your photographer time to capture your special moments at the venue.

Our aim is to take away the stress allowing you to relax and enjoy your day. We provide a discreet but attentive service catering for all dietary requirements and are happy to provide separate menus for children and vegetarian options should you require it. We have a range of drink packages available to compliment your meal. We will liaise with you throughout and adjust schedules should it become necessary.

All of our prices quoted include staff, crockery, cutlery and condiments* and include laying up the tables and clearing. We will work with you to ensure that your personal touches are added and place settings, favours, bridal party gifts, flowers, etc are all ready and in place.

If your day has an evening event we will assist with getting the hall ready for the evening and together create a host of culinary delights for your evening guests to enjoy, whether you choose a traditional buffet, hog roast, barbeque or hot bacon rolls! The decision is yours…

Over the years we have worked with many suppliers in the trade and have handpicked a range of complementary services, such as flowers, table decorations, linen, chair covers, disco’s / bands, lighting, marquees, wedding cakes, etc. We are able to arrange these on your behalf or we can simply put you in touch directly if you prefer.
