Our Buffets

Depending on the type of event, sometimes a little more than bite size canapés may be preferred and this is where our cocktail buffet comes into its own. Staff will circulate amongst your guests with delicious platters of hot and cold fare making sure that no one goes hungry.

Oliver Catering offer a variety of different buffets including Finger Buffets, Fork Buffets, Cocktail Buffets & Fully Dressed Buffets. We can also provide a range of hot dishes served buffet style from chafing dishes. This is an ideal solution if not all guests will be eating at a designated time and you require food to be served throughout. Fork Buffets with a selection of cold meats and antipasti, homemade quiches and salads or hot chilli & rice can be served as an option at countless events.

If your guests have eaten earlier (for example, weddings), you may prefer a simple fingerr buffet where those who feel peckish can satisfy their appetite at their leisure.

A Five Selection Cheese Board Served with black & white grapes, celery, apple & an assortment of crackers or French stick, all served on a mirrored board will add a touch of decadence to any buffet. Add a selection of desserts or baby cakes including miniature lemon meringue pies, raspberry pavlovas, rich chocolate brownies and fresh strawberry tarts, to ensure that those guests with a sweet tooth are not left disappointed.
