What Next?

We would like to meet with you at our Chelmsford Head Office to give you an opportunity to view our portfolio. This shows pictures of dishes, buffets, settings and letters of recommendation we have received from many of our satisfied clients.

During the meeting we will complete a form which will cover all the questions you need to ask, we can design the menu together and perhaps try some wines. When we have all your information we will send you a quotation. Providing it is agreeable to you we require a letter of confirmation together with a 20% deposit to secure your chosen date. If the quotation is not to your satisfaction, please contact us immediately and we can arrange to restructure the menu to your liking. Any last minute changes or final number need not be given until two weeks prior to the date of the function. At this stage the invoice for the food part of the bill will be issued to be paid in advance. The beverages part of the bill will be invoiced for payment within 7 days after the event.
